Deliver high quality training and enablement resource to ensure Bus, pilot teams, and key stakeholders understand and adopt EKM workflows, governance, and emerging AI capabilities. This role accelerates readiness and reduces operational friction during early transformation stages.
Duration: 12–24 weeks with potential extension
Shift: Day - with occasional meetings (US Time)

Required Skills & Experience:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English.
-Instructional design background
-Experience training on KM, content systems, or digital transformation
-Strong ability to simplify complex processes
-Preferred experience with AI-assisted workflows (copilots, content enrichment, metadata guidance)
-Proven experience in training content development, instructional design, or a related field.
-Proficiency with training development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Canva, Clipchamp).
-Strong ability to simplify technical language for non-technical audiences.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
-Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and deliver training modules (virtual and in-person) for pilots and early EKM processes
-Create scalable enablement materials (playbooks, quick guides, videos, FAQs)
-Partner with EKM Engagement Lead, Product, IT, and Change Management
-Support knowledge governance and responsible AI basics
-Gather feedback and report adoption signals
Deliverables:
-Training strategy + curriculum per pilot
-Training materials package
-Role-based quick reference guides
-Post-training adoption insights
-Enterprise-wide training scale out model
Training Content Development:
-Design and develop engaging training materials (e-learning modules, user guides, job aids, presentations, and videos) using industry-standard authoring tools.
-Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to interpret complex technical information and transform it into simple, learner-friendly language.
-Maintain and organize a centralized repository of training assets, ensuring version control and accessibility.
-Update and refine existing content based on stakeholder feedback and evolving project requirements.
