Today, we are filled with gratitude as we look back on our Team Leaders Trainingโa meaningful day of learning, reflection, teamwork, and strengthening our commitment to Service Excellence.
As ALLECO MetroCleaners, we believe that training is not only about gaining knowledge. It is about strengthening our processes, understanding our protocols and standards, and developing leaders who can confidently represent our company and deliver the quality of service our clients deserve.
May the knowledge and lessons we gained today guide us as we continue to improve our daily operations, strengthen our teams, and uphold the standards of ALLECO MetroCleaners in every client site.
To our President and CEO, Doc Bernard Al-ag , thank you for instilling in us the values of leadership, integrity, accountability, and responsibility. Your guidance reminded us that a Team Leader is not simply someone who leads a team, but a representative of the companyโsomeone who must lead by example, communicate clear directives, uphold standards, and inspire the team to do their best.
To our General Manager/COO, Mam Cherry Faye Banquil Al-ag , thank you for continuously championing Service Excellence and for giving us clearer understanding of what we truly serveโour clients, our people, and the standards of our company. Your guidance helps our Team Leaders understand the importance of professionalism, consistency, and excellence in every service we deliver.
To our Finance Team, thank you for guiding and reminding our Team Leaders about the importance of accurate, complete, and timely submission of payroll documents. Proper DTRs, attendance records, supporting documents, and other payroll requirements are essential to ensure that our employeesโ payroll is processed correctly and on time. Your instructions remind us that accuracy and timeliness are also part of service excellence.
To Ms. Emilyn Milgo, thank you for successfully facilitating and coordinating our Team Leaders Training. Your dedication in bringing our Team Leaders together created an opportunity for learning, sharing experiences, clarifying processes, and strengthening our commitment as one team.
And to all our Team Leaders, Manpower Team, and Project-Based Teamโthank you for your active participation, openness to learn, and commitment to grow.
As we go home today, may we carry not only new knowledge, but also a clearer vision, stronger direction, renewed confidence, and a deeper sense of responsibility.
Tomorrow, as we report back to our respective sites, may we lead with integrity, communicate with clarity, submit our reports and payroll documents accurately and on time, serve with excellence, and lead by example.
A Team Leader is not just the person in front of the team. A true Team Leader is the person who sets the standard, strengthens the team, protects the quality of service, ensures proper coordination and documentation, and helps everyone move toward one common goal.
