As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our VA staffing agency. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of virtual assistant services to our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of virtual assistant services and the remote working landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their virtual assistant needs and customize staffing solutions accordingly.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of virtual assistants, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of virtual assistant talent.
Operations Oversight:
- Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and assess the performance of virtual assistant services, identifying areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain quality standards for virtual assistant services.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
Technology Integration:
- Stay updated on relevant technology trends and tools in the virtual assistant space.
- Explore and implement technology solutions to enhance operational capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 1 year experience in Operations Management or a related field in a VA Staffing Agency
* Bachelorโ€™s degree required
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of remote work dynamics and virtual assistant services.
* Ability to act decisively, maintain discretion, and work independently with minimal direction

๐Ÿ’ฐ $866 - 955/month
As a Client Success Manager at OLIVIA Professional Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and success in utilizing virtual assistant services. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for building strong relationships and maximizing the value they receive from our VA staffing agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs, goals, and challenges.
- Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
- Needs Assessment: Continuously assess client needs and preferences, providing insights to improve our services.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns, working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions.
- Client Education: Educate clients on our services, ensuring they maximize the benefits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced Client Success Manager in a VA Staffing Agency or BPO setup
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required
- Excellent multitasking abilities and initiative-taking
- Ability to act decisively, maintain discretion, and work independently with minimal direction
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (Minimal or no accent in English)
