We are looking for a strong, independent HR leader who will oversee all HR and recruitment functions of the organization. This role serves as the highest-ranking HR professional and works directly with the Executives to provide strategic and operational HR guidance.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations and supervise Recruitment Associate/s
โข Partner directly with the CEO and Operations leaders on workforce planning
โข Handle escalated hiring and employee concerns
โข Lead administrative investigations and ensure proper due process
โข Prepare disciplinary documents (NTE, NTS, Notice of Termination)
โข Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
โข Oversee employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
โข 3โ5 years of progressive HR experience with strong recruitment exposure
โข Proven experience handling employee cases and due process
โข Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws
โข Confident in communicating with senior management (CEO, OM, OS Managers)
โข High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment
โข Able to work independently with minimal supervision
