We are looking for a strong, independent HR leader who will oversee all HR and recruitment functions of the organization. This role serves as the highest-ranking HR professional and works directly with the Executives to provide strategic and operational HR guidance.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations and supervise Recruitment Associate/s
• Partner directly with the CEO and Operations leaders on workforce planning
• Handle escalated hiring and employee concerns
• Lead administrative investigations and ensure proper due process
• Prepare disciplinary documents (NTE, NTS, Notice of Termination)
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with strong recruitment exposure
• Proven experience handling employee cases and due process
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws
• Confident in communicating with senior management (CEO, OM, OS Managers)
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
