Job Description:
Responsible for the preparation and accurate computation of PHILHEALTH deductions of patients confined in the hospital. Interrelates with patients/relatives involving matters on PHILHEALTH policies and procedures
Additional Responsibilities:
-Achieves familiarity with the oriented compensable medical and procedure based on All Case Rates in order to properly handle direct deductions upon patient discharge
-Ensures the full accomplishment of forms and documents necessary for claims benefit deductions from the hospital bill and direct process of patient claims
-Processes deductions, transmittal, uploading, and adjustments as necessary in order to accommodate the benefits of members in good standing, including the double-checking of member requirements to comply with the standard prerequisites as stated in the memorandum circulars of PHILHEALTH
-Checks the proper diagnosis based on PHILHEALTH Circulars and correct ICD-10 code for the patient’s claims
Qualifications:
-Graduate of Accounting Technology/Management Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Financial Management or any business-related
-Computer literate and has basic MS Office skills
-Has knowledge of accounting principles and practices
-With good oral and written communication skills
-Time-management skills, detail-oriented and results-driven
-Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
-Willing to be trained
-Willing to work in Dasmariñas, Cavite
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
