• Manage daily communications with a tough, specialized workforce that often lives on
bare essentials away from their families for months.

Candidate must-haves:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Administration or Project Coordination, specifically handling field operations, logistics, or dispatch.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting telecommunications, mining, utilities, or heavy infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
• Personality Profile: Exceptionally confident, assertive, and resilient communicator; unbothered by direct or unpolished language from field staff.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling tools, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and
Word), and project management software such as Bitrix24 or similar platforms.

• Client Communication: Provide ongoing communication with clients, brokers, solicitors, and other parties to keep all stakeholders informed of settlement progress and handle any queries or issues that arise during the process.

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in home loan settlements, with a solid background in handling trust and self-employed borrower files.
• Broker Engine Experience: Proven experience using Broker Engine to accurately update loan details, track applications, and generate reports. Ability to update account information and ensure data integrity within the system.
• Knowledge of Australian Mortgage Laws: A strong understanding of Australian property and mortgage law, particularly in relation to self-employed borrowers and trusts.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, especially when reviewingcomplex trust and self-employed borrower files.
