โ€ข Implement and continuously improve the companyโ€™s EHS management system (EMS) aligned with ISO principles, ensuring documentation, procedures, and records support audit readiness.
โ€ข Ensure adherence to local and national Environment and Health laws. This includes the maintenance of the companyโ€™s current certifications, environmental permits, and staying up-to-date on emerging health and safety regulations.
โ€ข Lead risk assessments, investigations into accidents, root cause analysis, and implementing preventive corrective actions to reduce incident frequency and severity.
โ€ข Oversee EHS requirements for contractors working on-site to ensure their compliance with health and safety regulations.
โ€ข Provide EHS training to employees to increase awareness and understanding of workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
โ€ข Serve as the companyโ€™s primary liaison with regulatory agencies, during inspections, investigations, and audits.

๐๐”๐€๐‹๐ˆ๐…๐ˆ๐‚๐€๐“๐ˆ๐Ž๐๐’:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s Degree in B.S. Chemical Engineering
โ€ข At least five (5) or more years of experience as a Pollution Control Officer or Safety Officer in industrial/manufacturing industry.
โ€ข In-depth knowledge of ISO Environmental Management System, โ€ข โ€ข Occupational Health, and Safety Management System.
โ€ข Experience in Responsible Business Alliance Certification is an advantage.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of the local and national regulations on Environment and Health.
โ€ข Ability to plan and execute company-wide audits, implement corrective actions, and prepare for third-party and regulatory inspections.
