Our partner company is conducting phone interviews for Customer Service Representatives/Call Center Agents applicants for the month of July and August.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE: INITIAL AND FINAL INTERVIEW OVER THE PHONE AND AN ONLINE ASSESSMENT TEST.
COMPANY ADDRESS: ePerformax Contact Center and BPO, JY Square Mall, Lahug, Cebu City
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Applicants that finished at least 2 years in college - no BPO experience needed.
2. Applicants should have good English communication skill.
3. Having good comprehension skill is a plus.
4. Should be able to train and work onsite.
5. Applicants who are Highschool/Senior Highschool graduate or finished at least 1 year in college should have at least 1 year BPO work experience or any customer service related work experience.
