Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Education, Office Administration, Business Administration, or any related field.
- With experience handling student records is a plus but not required
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update, and safeguard student academic records (transcripts, grades, enrollment records, certifications, and credentials).
- Organize, file, and archive physical and electronic student records systematically
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents required by CHED and other regulatory bodies.
- Respond to student inquiries regarding academic records, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Registrar or school administration.
