Outbound Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:
Make B2B sales calls to US clients
Proactively search for leads and prospects
Meet and maintain monthly sales quota

Qualifications:
At least 3 years' experience in a call center environment or equivalent
------with 2 of those years preferably with outbound sales
Basic knowledge in email and MS Excel applications

Skills:
Excellent conversational skills
Self-motivated and money-driven
Positive attitude and a team-player
Can work diligently and effectively under minimum supervision
Ability to multi-task

Work Schedule:
Night shift (10PM-7AM)

Outbound Sales Representatives - PHP22,000 base pay + unlimited commission
Appointment Setters - PHP17,000 - PHP18,000 base pay + special incentives
