AI Specialist / AI Operator (Full-Time)
We’re looking for someone obsessed with AI. Not just using it… but understanding it, testing it, breaking it, and figuring out how to make it actually useful in real workflows. This role is for someone who wants to stay at the forefront of AI and turn that into real business impact.
About the Role
You’ll be our internal AI expert.
Your job is simple in concept but high impact in ex*****on: Learn everything about the latest AI tools and turn them into systems our team can use daily.
You’ll be working across tools like: Claude, OpenAI / ChatGPT, Open-source models (e.g. OpenChat, LLaMA, etc.) Automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs)
You’ll test, compare, and implement what actually works. Then train the team so they can use it effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
Stay on top of the latest AI tools, updates, and releases
Test different models and tools to see what performs best
Build workflows and use cases for real business applications
Work closely with our team to integrate AI into daily operations
Train VAs and internal staff on how to use AI properly
Create simple SOPs, prompts, and playbooks
Continuously improve how we use AI across the business
You’ll play a key role in helping us scale faster and operate smarter.

You won’t just be experimenting with AI.
You’ll be helping shape how an entire business runs on it.
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in AI (this is non-negotiable)
Naturally curious and proactive
Comfortable learning new tools quickly
Able to simplify complex things for others
Experience with ChatGPT / Claude or similar tools
Bonus: experience with automation tools, APIs, or prompt engineering
No need to be a developer.
But you need to think like a problem solver.
