le over a decade, Tahche broke records with the number of associates ballooning to an all-time high of 180 in 2018. In less than a year, the company grew exponentially, ending 2013 with 10 clients after starting with just one. Tahche expanded and diversified by sorting its teams into four highly specialized services: General Drafting, Surveying, Telecommunications, and Architecture, to cater to clients across a variety of industries.
2017 saw Tahche settling into its first office in The Greenery in Cebu City, Philippines. Situated in the center of town, it showcases a modern workplace housing our 50 full-time team members, including an in-house Finance Controller. When the COVID-19 pandemic changed the world and the way we viewed work, Tahche rose to the occasion. Despite a setback in 2019, it met the challenge by developing a unique productivity strategy so that all teams could work safely and securely at home while maintaining productivity and achieving business goals. This was made possible through strategizing with clients to seek solutions and opportunities for their businesses to thrive amid the global health crisis. In 2022, Tahche is back in growth mode—starting with an even bigger and brighter office in the Ayala Center Cebu Tower. With a next-level base and an ever-increasing number of goal-focused team members, Tahche seeks to break even more records and overcome more challenges with our innovative solutions in the process of helping clients build the team of their dreams.
