Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions
-Good organizational and time management skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and tools
-Previous customer service experience is a plus
-College Level/Degree
-Minimum of 6 months experience as CSR
