Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated Customer Service Officers to support our Australian account. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and driving customer retention and sales.

Qualifications
Graduate of any tertiary course (preferred)
Senior High School graduates or candidates with at least 2nd year college completed are welcome to apply
At least 2 years of contact center experience in a customer service role
Must have sales and retention experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in basic computer applications
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
High level of initiative, accountability, and self-motivation
A team player with strong customer service orientation
Willing to work onsite
Work Schedule
Work Days: Any (Mon–Fri, Tue–Sat, or Wed–Sun)
Work Hours: Between 4:00 AM – 10:00 PM (MNL time)
