Whether your applying for LOCAL or OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT it is important that when you send your application , your RESUMES / Curriculum Vitae ( CV ) specially if you are sending these application documents to your prospective EMPLOYERS the following TIPS WILL BE HELPFUL IN MANY WAYS AND BENEFIT YOU !
1. The transmittal email should have a SUBJECT :
1.1 The subject should indicate a REFERENCE like Project Name ,example ; SUBJECT : PAL Hangar Project
2.0 Indicate your Name / Position / age / Location
SUBJECT : PAL Hangar Project / Juan Dela Cruz / PIPEFITTER / 30 y.o. / Paranaque

These information will give the receiver of your application immediate information about you. HR can sort and distribute your application to responsible person for faster evaluation.

Based from our experience many applicants send their application without specific subject . So the receiver may not even open your documents , he will go to the next sender ,and the next.

Will give more tips in the next post.

THANK YOU
