We're Hiring:

👨‍🏫 Training Supervisor
✅ Has background in a Maritime Training Center or experience in managing maritime training programs.
✅ Oversees daily operations and ensures compliance with industry standards.
✅ Supervises instructors, assessors, and bus drivers to deliver programs per company policy.
✅ Ensures safety of trainees and staff through strict adherence to training policies.

🏊 Practicum Site Assistant
✅ College graduate.
✅ Background in maintenance, welding, or automotive-related work.
✅ Computer-literate and able to use basic digital applications.
✅ With basic technical skills related to equipment, tools, or facility maintenance.
✅ Experience in inventory management is an advantage.
✅ With good teamwork and communication skills.
✅ Preferably a resident of Carmen, Danao, or nearby areas close to CTU Carmen.
✅ Will be stationed at our practicum site inside CTU Carmen, Cebu

📣 Marketing Staff
✅ Execute online and offline marketing campaigns to promote training programs.
✅ Conduct onsite visits for MOA signing and partnership development.
✅ Support branding, promotions, and outreach activities to strengthen visibility.
✅ Assist in organizing events and managing client relations.
✅ Manage social media presence and create engaging digital content.

📦 PMS/Inventory Staff
✅ Graduate of SHS, vocational, or any related course.
✅ Basic knowledge of inventory management and preventive maintenance systems (PMS).
✅ Computer literate and familiar with MS Office or inventory software.
✅ Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Preferably with experience in inventory or related positions.
