We are hiring a Philippines-based Finance Operations Specialist to support US companies with end-to-end Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Month-End Close processes. This role requires strong ERP experience, excellent accuracy, and the ability to work closely with US-based teams. The specialist will handle invoice processing, payment ex*****on, vendor management, reconciliations, and workflow improvements for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Finance Operations.
•⁠ ⁠Strong experience with major ERPs (SAP HANA, Oracle, JDE, AS400).
•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with AP automation tools (ECM, Readsoft, PIC, COUPA, ARIBA, Basware).
•⁠ ⁠Understanding of US accounting principles and familiarity with US/LATAM tax requirements.
•⁠ ⁠Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with SOX controls, audit support, and 1099 processing.

Education and Certifications:
