Our second team building this year, and one we didn’t really plan for.
After months of working hard, chasing deadlines, creating, solving problems, and constantly thinking about what’s next, we think we all needed this more than we realized.
A day where we could simply be together.
No work. No deadlines. No pressure to accomplish anything.
Just conversations about life. Laughter. Looking back at everything we’ve been through. Commending one another, caring for one another, and giving each other a little more love and light.
This turned out to be one of the most special team buildings we’ve had at Linkos, not because of where we went or what we did, but because we were simply present for each other.
We hope we have more days like this in the months and years ahead. Days when we can put work aside and remember that beyond the roles we carry, we are people who can find comfort, strength, and support in one another.
May we continue to be a fortress for each other, through the busy days, the difficult ones, and especially the good ones.
Sometimes, being together is already enough. 🤍
