August was, by far, one of the most challenging months we faced this year. Bad weather, typhoons arriving one after another, and flooded roads made even the journey to the office difficult.
Still, our Linkos Legends showed us why discipline matters. Being amazing may be seen in one great moment, but being disciplined means showing up with consistency, fulfilling your responsibilities, and upholding our values even when circumstances are difficult.
We do not allow temporary emotions or a difficult day to dictate the quality of our work. We acknowledge what we feel, but we remain guided by purpose, responsibility, and discipline. Motivation may come and go, but discipline keeps us moving.
Congratulations to our August Legends and Perfect Attendance Awardees. Your consistency, commitment, and strength helped keep the company going through a truly difficult month.
We are proud of you. You are proof that greatness is not only about talent. It is built through discipline, one day and one task at a time.
