FIELD SUPERVISOR / OSH NURSE

📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct regular site visits and supervise deployed personnel
✅ Serve as the designated OSH Nurse in compliance with workplace safety regulations
✅ Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees
✅ Monitor employee health and maintain medical records
✅ Conduct health and safety orientations and wellness programs
✅ Investigate and document workplace incidents and accidents
✅ Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards
✅ Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
📋 Qualifications:
✔ Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
✔ Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License
✔ With BOSH training and/or OHNAP certification is an advantage
✔ Experience in occupational health, field supervision, or related functions is preferred
✔ Knowledgeable in OSH Standards and labor regulations
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
✔ Willing to conduct field visits and travel to various client sites
