• Strong leadership and accounting background required

• Lead internal audit programs
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management
• Ensure operational and financial compliance
• Experience in retail audit is an advantage
3️⃣ HR Recruitment Manager
• Lead talent acquisition strategy
• Build strong recruitment pipelines
• Improve employer branding and hiring systems
• Retail and volume hiring experience preferred
4️⃣ Fleet and Motorpool Manager
• Manage company vehicles and drivers
• Oversee maintenance schedules and fuel monitoring
• Improve fleet efficiency and cost control
• Experience in logistics or retail fleet management preferred
5️⃣ Restaurant Operations & Cost Control Manager
• Oversee restaurant performance and profitability
• Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory controls
• Improve operational systems and standards
• F&B multi-branch experience required
6️⃣ Bakery Operations & Cost Control Manager
• Manage daily bakery production and quality standards
• Control ingredient usage, wastage, and food cost
• Standardize recipes and production systems
• Improve margins while maintaining product quality
7️⃣ Mall Tenant Relations Officer
• Manage relationships with mall tenants
• Handle tenant concerns and coordination
• Monitor lease compliance and operational standards
• Support leasing and marketing activities
