Job Qualifications:
1. A licensed Medical Doctor preferably with a Master's Degree in Health Professions Education or a PhD in Health Related field.
2. At least three years of experience in developing and delivering training programs in a DOH-accredited healthcare facility (level III), with at least three to five residency training programs.
3. Excellent knowledge of instructional design principles and adult
learning theory.
4. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with accreditation requirements or medical education
programs.
7. Proficiency in the use of technology for training and education,
including learning management systems and multimedia tools.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Description:
1. Develop training programs for medical students and healthcare
professionals.
2. Collaborate with faculty members and other stakeholders to identify training needs.
3. Design and implement training modules that meet identified needs.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make
recommendations for improvements.
5. Maintain records of training programs and participants (medical
students) evaluations.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
7. Coordinate and deliver training sessions to medical students and health care professionals.
8. Provide support to faculty members in the development of educational materials.

October 2023 Metallurgical Engineers Licensure Examination Results Released In One (1) Working Day

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 39 out of 64 passed the Metallurgical Engineers Licensure Examination (Computer-Based and Paper & Pencil) given by the Board of Metallurgical Engineering in N. C. R. and Cagayan de Oro this October 2023.

The members of the Board of Metallurgical Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Agustin M. Fudolig, Chairman and Juancho Pablo S. Calvez, Member.

From November 3 and November 6, 2023, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

R., Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last September 2023.
