Management Trainee - Bilingual Mandarin
A Management Trainee, will undergo rotational assignments across various department to gain comprehensive exposure to the company's end-to-end operations. You will monitoring, business reporting, process improvement ,cross functional coordination,and special project, Successful trainees will be evaluated based on performance, leadership potential, and business needs, with opportunities for placement in a permanent managemnet role.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in any field, fresh graduate or 1-3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
-Proficient in English, Mandarin or Fookien with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
-Highly organized, adaptable, and willing to undergo rotational assignments and fieldwork operational areas.
-Demonstrates leadership potential, initiative accountability and a strong desire to build a long term career in management.
