Job Title: Sales Manager
Qualifications:
* College graduate of any 4-year course
* With 2 years managerial experience
* With background in sales
* Preferably with real estate experience
* Must be skilled in sales planning and ex*****on
* Must have strong leadership skills, being able to lead and assist a group of Property Specialists
Responsibilities:
* To ensure complete number of Property Specialists at all times
* To set goals for the team and ensure activation of all team members
* To conduct coaching and training to Property Specialists regularly
* To create quality sales activities to increase lead generation
* To meet required sales quota every month
Job Title: Property Specialist
Qualifications:
* Open to all courses
* With at least 72 units in college
* Experience in real estate is an advantage but not required
* With or without sales experience
* Must be able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
* Willing to be trained
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
* To promote and market Amaia through advertisements, open house events and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives
* To attend to inquiries, requests and concerns of potential and existing buyers
* To meet required sales quota every month
