Qualifications:
✅ Graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
✅ Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance, equipment, and facilities management.
✅ Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (intermediate level).
✅ PRC License (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer) is an advantage.
✅ Strong background in MEFPS systems — Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, FDAS, Plumbing, and Sanitary works.
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
✅ With experience in maintaining hotel facilities such as elevators, generators, water filtration, pool filtration, STP, air-conditioning units, and motor operations.
