We're looking for a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst who doesn't just prepare reports—but provides insights that influence executive decisions. If you're passionate about budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and partnering with business leaders, we'd love to meet you.

This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a fast-growing retail and food business while working directly with senior management.

What You'll Do:
As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will:
• Lead the company's annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
• Build financial models, business cases, and profitability analyses to support key business decisions
• Provide actionable insights on sales, margins, labor costs, operating expenses, and overall business performance
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations
• Analyze cash flow, working capital, and liquidity together with our Treasury team
• Partner with Operations and Department Heads to improve business performance
• Drive continuous improvement through SAP reporting, dashboard automation, and AI-enabled analytics

What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field
✔ At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance
✔ Strong financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
✔ Experience using SAP, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an advantage
✔ CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is a plus

🥨 SERVICE CREW
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepares food and beverages
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to provide excellent service
• Handles cashier duties
• Maintain cleanliness
• Organize stocks
• Adheres to the food safety guidelines
• Operate various equipment for food preparation
• Perform physical inventory

Qualifications:
• At least Senior High School Level
• Service-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• At least 6 months of work experience is an advantage

🥨 SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports and ensure timely submission
• Assist in food preparation
• Adheres to standard cleanliness
• Ensure good quality of customer service
• Check inventory and send requests to the Warehouse team
• Monitor sales and suggest AC and TC-generating projects to the Area Manager
• Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures are followed
• Do random checking on cash-related items
• Coaches and motivates team members

Qualifications:
• With at least 1-year supervisory work experience, preferably in Food Industry
• Must be systematic and highly organized in making schedules and reports
• With excellent communication skills and leadership skills
• With a pleasing personality and a positive attitude
• Keen to details and can work under pressure
• Knowledgeable in MS Office

🥨 STORE MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitors the performance of team members
• Coaches and motivates team members
• Analyze sales and propose projects to the Area Manager
• Prepares action plans for deviations
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are in place
• Handle customer feedback
• Communicate with the Building/Mall Admin and various departments from Head Office
• Assists in customer service and food preparation
• Manage inventory and send requests to the Warehouse Team
• Prepare reports and ensure timely submission

Qualifications:
• With at least 1 year of managerial experience, preferably in the Food Industry
• Must be systematic and highly organized in making schedules and reports
• With strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexible to work on various shifts, including weekends
• With excellent communication skills and leadership skills
• Highly organized
• Knowledgeable in MS Office

The QA Manager ensures that all 100+ stores consistently meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role is critical for protecting customers, maintaining brand reputation, and enabling scalable growth. The QA Manager will design, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems across the chain, while leading audits, training, and supplier compliance.

✅ Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Nutrition. Master’s in Food Safety or Quality Management is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in food safety or QA, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role in QSR, FMCG, or food manufacturing.
