Meet ENGR. JOEL NIKKO L. MENEZ, a Technical Manager at Qatar Petrochemical Corporation – Alfred Talke Logistics and a proud Lycean alumnus from the Class of 2011, with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

LPU-Batangas successfully welcomed Westside Resort Manila for a Local Recruitment Activity on August 17, 2026, at the Multimedia Room, SHL Building, Main Campus.

In partnership with the Career Development, Alumni and Placement (CDAP) Office and the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management (CITHM), the activity brought together Lycean graduates and alumni from various programs to explore exciting career opportunities.

The event provided participants with valuable opportunities to connect with industry professionals, learn about available positions, and take meaningful steps toward their professional goals.

A big thank you to Westside Resort Manila for bringing career opportunities closer to our Lyceans! Here's to more meaningful industry partnerships and opportunities that empower our graduates and alumni to Learn Different, Live Different!

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦: Heartfelt reunions and meaningful reconnections unfolded as Lycean alumni from various batches gathered once again for the 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐋𝐏𝐔-𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐀𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, with the theme “𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙢8𝙨 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧: 𝘽𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚, 𝘽𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙨,” held on August 15, 2026, at the Riverside Campus Lobby.

True to its theme, the event served as a meaningful reminder that the Lycean spirit remains constant. The celebration featured special messages from former educators and administrators, along with a variety of activities that brought alumni together to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate the bonds that transcend time and batches.

LPU-Batangas earns top recognitions at the 12th International Conference on Public Health in Bali, Indonesia.

MSMLS/CAMP Faculty Mr. Arvin O. Amboy, RMT was named Best Paper Presentation, while Ms. Khim Joshua J. Magtibay, RMT of MSMLS received the Best Presenter award during the international conference held on August 5–7, 2026.

Another milestone for LPU-Batangas’ growing culture of research and academic excellence.
