2 positions – Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)

Work Location: Calamba, Laguna

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience in network administration, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and CCTV systems.
Knowledge of Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Branch Location: Consolacion Cebu City
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily distribution center operations, including receiving, sorting, storage, and dispatch of cargo.
Ensure timely and accurate movement of shipments to meet service level targets.
Monitor cargo flow and warehouse productivity to maximize efficiency.
Lead, train, and evaluate DC staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
Coordinate with branch operations, transport teams, and other departments for smooth cargo movement.
Ensure proper inventory management and accurate documentation of all shipments.
Implement and monitor compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
Investigate and resolve operational issues, delays, and discrepancies.
