STORE SUPERVISOR
We are currently in need of Store Supervisor to be bound in Dumantay, Batangas City.
Qualifications
โข At least College Graduate.
โข With relevant experience in retail operations, customer service, or a supervisory role is preferred.
โข Knowledgeable in inventory management, stock control, and cash handling procedures.
โข Computer literate and proficient in the use of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
โข Possesses strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
โข Honest, trustworthy, organized, and highly responsible.
โข Customer-oriented with the ability to handle concerns and maintain excellent service standards.
โข Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
โข Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
Key Responsibilities
โข Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
โข Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and cash transactions.
โข Verify deliveries, receiving reports, and inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
โข Ensure store cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
โข Supervise, train, and provide guidance to store staff to maintain productivity and service excellence.
โข Prepare and submit daily operational, sales, and inventory reports.
โข Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
โข Coordinate with suppliers, management, and other departments regarding store requirements and concerns.
โข Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
โข Provide support and assistance in other operational and administrative activities as may be needed or assigned by management.
