General job responsibilities: Purchaser
Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

SALES TECHNICIAN
As an IT Technician you will diagnose repair and maintain hardware and software components. You will install and configure computer hardware and provide IT support for the organization. You will routinely interact with various departments and levels and listen to their technical needs and implement IT solutions to resolve.
An ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. You must have experience troubleshooting systems and be skilled in database programming and software installation. You will be proficient with MAC and OS and be familiar with a range of software and hardware. You must have a willingness to travel to client sites to complete daily work.
We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated IT/Sales Technician who is ready to take on all Technician and Sales responsibilities from providing service and generating leads to closing sales.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Setting up computer security measures
• Maintain good communication and working relationships with customers and other parties being dealt with for the best interest of the company.
• Ensure loyalty and satisfaction of customers by providing fast, efficient, and professional service or by other means within scope of responsibilities.
• Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly

• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed by updating records of customer communications and contact information.
