DAILY or WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES
• grow and manage your own unit of financial consultants or agents, as well as coach, mentor or train them
• offer financial services or products to your clientele or network who want to be financially independent
• lead and conduct your own weekly meetings with your unit
• spearhead your unit's recruitment strategy and plans
• attend learning and career-building sessions and seminars
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
• work closely with the senior executive unit manager to grow and manage the brigade
• grow and foster relationships with a database of new hires and vast network of clientele
• manage weekly unit meetings, learnings and other career-building sessions or seminars
• sell a variety of products or financial services to your network of clientele
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• graduated any 4-year college course or degree
• has sales background or experience
• Experienced with computers, and a working proficiency in Zoom, Linkedin, Google Suite, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Has strong networking skills and must know where to get leads
• Data driven, highly analytical, with good communication and negotiation skills
• Has a laptop or electronic gadget (such as iPad, tablets or PC) for the work-from-home setup
