At KAYA, the work is helping people rebuild their lives — and that takes a particular kind of person. We're hiring for two roles:

🌱 WELL-BEING SPECIALIST (Counselor) — Clinical Team
Individual and group counseling, therapeutic and psychoeducational sessions, recovery and care planning, and walking with clients through the hardest stretch of their lives. Begins with a three (3) month apprenticeship under close supervision.

📋 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT — Admin Office
Records, schedules, reports, and the day-to-day work that keeps a treatment facility running. Experience is an advantage but not required — fresh graduates are welcome. Begins with a two (2) month apprenticeship.

A note on the first role: individuals in recovery are encouraged to apply. Where it is matched by the right qualifications, demonstrated stability, and sound boundaries, lived experience is not a caveat here — it is an asset our clients can feel.

🧠 Well-Being Specialist
Ideal for individuals with a background in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields who are passionate about supporting people on their recovery journey.

🗂️ Administrative Assistant
Ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting daily operations in a professional environment.

At KAYA Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Center, we believe real recovery happens when care, structure, and compassion come together.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

🧠 Well-Being Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions
• Develop and implement recovery and care plans
• Facilitate therapeutic and wellness activities
• Monitor client progress and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with the clinical team and families when needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Background in counseling, coaching, or mental health support
• Strong empathy, communication, and confidentiality skills
• Registered Psychometrician is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

🗂️ Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily administrative and office operations
• Handle documentation, reports, and records management
• Coordinate schedules, emails, and internal communications
• Support the admin and clinical team as needed
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any business, admin, or related course
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in basic office tools
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
