We are currently hiring for the following positions:

🧠 Well-Being Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions
• Develop and implement recovery and care plans
• Facilitate therapeutic and wellness activities
• Monitor client progress and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with the clinical team and families when needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Background in counseling, coaching, or mental health support
• Strong empathy, communication, and confidentiality skills
• Registered Psychometrician is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

🗂️ Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily administrative and office operations
• Handle documentation, reports, and records management
• Coordinate schedules, emails, and internal communications
• Support the admin and clinical team as needed
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any business, admin, or related course
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in basic office tools
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

KAYA Rehab is looking for a passionate, grounded, and growth-oriented individual to join our healing mission.

Job Title: Well-being Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Act as primary service coordination for Clients’ treatment, recovery, and community integration planning using TSF (Twelve Steps Facilitation) Modality
• Escorts patients to and from treatment area as necessary, maintaining the individual’s privacy and dignity.
• Performs direct patient care, with emphasis on goals set by the rehabilitation team, utilizing established standards/competencies, policies and procedures so that optimum patient outcomes are achieved
• Actively participates in team development, achieving dashboards, and in accomplishing department goals and objectives.
• Provide case management services and supports to Clients and their families.
• Partners in the creation and implementation of individual action plans of clients
• Monitors and checks-in with clients at specific times to help them keep track of the achievement of their set goals; collects, and evaluates necessary data to keep track of clients’ progress
• Schedules and conducts regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessions
• Creates and organizes confidential client files including intake and session documentation
• Assesses for emergency/crisis needs and ensures safety planning with the clients and proper endorsement to mental health professionals
• Designs and facilitates wellness sessions, Process Group and activities that support monthly programming and Facility objectives
• Leads or co-leads programs or activities assigned by the Coach or Psychiatrist
• Attends activities and completes all development programs and training sessions required by the Facility

Requirements:
• Graduate of a 4-year college course, preferably in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks*
• At least 1 year experience in coaching, mentoring or counseling (Open for Fresh Graduates)
• *Registered Psychometrician is a Plus*
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skills
• Above Average fluency in written and spoken English**
