HIRING: LAYOUT ARTIST
Key Responsibilities:
I. Create interior layouts, floor plans, and design concepts that matches themes to a specific project, brands, or ceo’s choice
II. Remodeling existing store spaces to align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
III. Use design softwares namely; AutoCAD, Sketchup, or Enscape/Lumion)
IV. Recommend and source materials and decoration items (costing)
V. Collaboration with maintenance team
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
· Basic to intermediate knowledge of the following applications: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape/Lumion
· Basic knowledge in Cost Estimates
· PROVIDE Portfolio that demonstrates your layout skills and creativity
