JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. Primarily focusing on creating compelling photography, videography, graphic design assets, and possibly video editing. Ensure consistency and excellence across all visual materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Conceptualize and create visual content including but not limited to photography, videography, and graphic design assets.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for various marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website content, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and creative direction.
- Ensure all visual content produced adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in visual content creation, photography techniques, video editing software, and graphic design tools.
- Manage and organize digital assets including photos, videos, and graphics.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Visual Content Creator, Photographer, Videographer, or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing examples of photography, videography, and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, as well as video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Wondershare Filmora, etc.).
- Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Must be a resident of Baguio or willing to relocate
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules

Job description:
• Handles incoming/outgoing calls in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner, according to the hotel's standard operating procedures.
• Provides clear and concise communication while assisting guests with their questions or needs.
• Anticipates guests needs while providing recommendations of the hotel and local attractions.
• Delivers guest welcome calls upon check-in.
• Responsible for clear and accurate radio communications with departments of the hotel.
• Communicates with housekeeping regarding room availability and guest requests.
• Input and access data in Hotels System.
• Assists with emergencies (medical, fire, power/system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance.
Accurately log in guests request.
Maintains discretion and confidentiality of all calls, guest room and fax numbers.
• Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
• Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.
• Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment.

Basic Qualifications:
• Graduate of Tourism and Hospitality Management course
• Must be able to communicate well with guests and employees.
• Must be able to build a good rapport with clients and guests.
• Must be a resident of Baguio City or nearby areas only.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and extended hours.
