We are Hiring: Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect to work on a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating architectural plans, coordinating with clients and consultants, and overseeing the construction process to ensure high-quality, efficient results.
Key Requirements
✅Lead design and planning efforts for architectural projects, from concept through completion.
✅Create detailed architectural plans, specifications, and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
✅Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
✅Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
✅Prepare and present design proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients.
✅Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
✅Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
✅Oversee construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to plans.
Required Qualifications:
✅Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
✅Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure).
✅Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
✅Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
✅Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
✅Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
✅Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
