EJEA Manning Agency is urgently in need of (1) FEMALE HR MANAGER;
Role Overview:
-Overseeing all aspects of the HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
-Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations and best practices.
-Nurturing a positive workplace culture that encourages employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
-Providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
-Managing and resolving of employee issues and conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
-Leading initiatives for talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
-Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure the recruitment of top talent.
-Managing HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. BS in Psychology , BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
B. Proven experience 3 years in HR management or a related role.
C. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
D. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
E. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
