π― Role Overview:
Weβre seeking a highly organized and proactive ππ«π¨π£πππ πππ§ππ ππ« to oversee projects across our in-house creative studio, media team, and external partners. Youβll ensure campaigns and creative initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest qualityβkeeping our team aligned and clients happy.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities:
π Manage and track creative/media projects from brief to delivery using Asana & Slack
π Build and maintain timelines, workback schedules, and project trackers
π Partner with Creative & Media Strategists on team resourcing and priorities
π Lead weekly stand-ups, check-ins, and provide project status updates
π Facilitate actionable briefs, approvals, and client-ready deliverables
π Maintain creative archives, naming conventions, and data asset management
π Problem-solve blockers, reduce bottlenecks, and improve workflows
π Ensure brand consistency and QC across all creative outputs

Qualifications:
π 2+ years of project management experience (agency experience preferred)
π Ability to work 9AMβ6PM EST hours
π οΈ Strong skills in Asana, Slack, and workflow management
βοΈ Excellent written and verbal communication
π Detail-oriented with proven time management & multitasking skills
β‘ Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
π BA/BS degree or equivalent project management experience
β¨ Bonus: Experience with AI/automation tools and online advertising industry knowledge
