• WITH EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION Skills
• TEAM PLAYER and Detail-oriented
• With a positive and outgoing personality as you will be engaging with various employees

We are looking to fill a position that will coordinate our caseload and support the manager who is in charge of it.
The individual must have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience where he/she had to talk to various people on the phone clearly and confidently in a modulated way in English. So, on the position, will be able to describe the tasks to be performed and book the person/s for the engagement.
The candidate should be a fast learner and with demonstrated leadership ability as the position is central to the performance of a frontline manager with who he/she will form an alliance with in order to deliver top-notch service.
The candidate must "not" have health issues as the shift is an evening shift.
You will be part of a great team of 16-18 employees that have been with the company for almost 3 years and are closely knit and treated by management like family. The current employees are young, fun-loving, dedicated, and loyal but can embrace new hires who can bring with him or her a positive attitude of professionalism and drive to excel. Half of the group are enrolled in an MBA program, a company-sponsored scholarship.
