More companies now are open to the idea of outsourcing business processes to another company so they can focus more on the “core” of their businesses. Now it is common for organizations to outsource financial and administration, human resources, call center, customer service activities, IT-related activities, accounting and payroll. It is in this light that HPU
C Management decides to take on a new direction and evolve from a service contractor to a Business Process Outsourcing company. Initially, we plan to expand our services to include the following:
Human Resources – outsourcing of recruitment, development of competency-based modules, training and development, payroll and benefits administration;
Call Center – outsourcing of inbound and/or outbound calls to our home-based and/or office-based call center agents;
Accounting and Finance Administration – outsourcing of recording and classifying of business transactions, preparation of trial balance, income statements, and balance sheets using an established computerized Accounting
system;
Information Technology – outsourcing of the development of websites, e-learning modules, and several business systems such as payroll, accounting, POS, and the like. For almost a decade, HPUC provides HR services ranging from recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, payroll and benefits administration. We have been recognized as the “MOST OUTSTANDING LOCAL MANPOWER AGENCY” for two (2) consecutive years (2009 and
