✨ Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
📌 At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply!)
💬 Strong communication skills (verbal & written), especially in handling candidates via phone and messaging apps (e.g., Viber)
