🔹JOB DESCRIPTION:
To assist Loan processors with loan applications from broker hand over until formal approval.

Responsibilities & duties
• Compliance, Infinity, AOL and lender checklist – Once broker provides the loan submission to the allocated loan processor, the following tasks to be completed within 24 hours:
1. Review client application and input into Infinity
2. Complete SOCA
3. AOL submission (draft)
4. Review MYMF and lender checklist to confirm if any documents are missing
• Lender follow ups – To contact the lender for follow ups no greater then 2 days after submission and every 2 business days of the process (unless loan processor advises not to follow up). To provide the loan processing manager an update to provide the client.
• Valuation and pricing – Complete valuation or pricing requests
• Discharges – Complete discharge and follow up with lender to confirm ready for settlement
• Loan processing issues – to notify Team Leader of any loan application issues to resolve. If unable to resolve to advise senior mortgage broker associated to the application
• Ad hoc duties – as requested by Team Leader

The Data Operations Assistant supports the company’s bordereaux (BDX) data intake process, ensuring that incoming data from MGAs and TPAs is accurate, complete, and ready for downstream processing. This role is central to Everspan’s data quality discipline — catching errors early, maintaining documentation, and enabling the Operations team to move quickly and confidently.

There are two focus areas within this role: Premium and TPA (Claims/Losses). Each assistant specializes in one track, though both tracks share a common foundation of BDX quality control and pattern tracking.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Required
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data files (CSV, Excel, delimited text)
