Job Brief:
We are seeking a driven and personable Virtual Sales & Marketing Support
Representative that thrives at the intersection of customer engagement and digital outreach. In
this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through
program offerings and trial opportunities while delivering a warm, professional experience. In
addition, you will actively manage and grow social media presence primarily on Facebook and
Instagram to strengthen community engagement.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Management:
● Conduct outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in coding programs.
● Clearly explain program offerings, benefits, and free trial lesson opportunities to
prospective students and parents.
● Manage and track leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM.
● Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
● Collaborate with the admissions team to schedule and confirm trial lessons.
● Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM with outcomes and next steps.
● Work closely with the team to meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
● Deliver excellent customer service and address questions or concerns with
professionalism and warmth.
Social Media Management
● Develop and maintain a consistent posting calendar to keep our audience informed and
engaged.
● Create compelling, on-brand content (text, visuals, reels, and stories) that highlights
student achievements, upcoming events, program highlights, and coding tips.
● Actively engage with followers: respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely
and friendly manner.
● Monitor page performance and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower
growth) on a regular basis.
● Support the promotion of seasonal campaigns, enrollment drives, and special events
through targeted posts and boosted content.
Qualifications:
● Prior experience in sales or customer support.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts (personal or professional).
● Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Comfortable using or willing to quickly learn CRM tools.
