We are searching for an executive chef with Michelin Star level experience to lead the team of a dynamic, cutting edge restaurant in Washington, DC. This individual must have excellent culinary skills and experience in high caliber restaurants. They must also be a progressive leader who is able to motivate and mentor a team with empathy, enthusiasm and grace. Creativity for regular menu changes is a must. This individual must also be capable of managing and controlling all costs.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years of BOH management experience with at least 3 years at the Executive Chef level cooking in notable kitchen of equal rank – Michelin/ James Beard
Guest centric philosophy and genuine desire to make people happy
Strong leadership and coaching experience
Must be highly organized and meticulous
Must be highly proficient with food costing, P&L, budgets and building forecasts
Good at building SOPs/manuals
Exceptional cooking abilities; ex*****on at high level
Must possess a positive attitude with the ability to be a strong mentor for staff
Experience managing staff of 20+ employees

Good morning friends and family of the hospitality technology and hospitality management persuasions.
I appreciate your likes and follows as I gather steam.
Today I want to share with you some of positions I'm looking to fill and some of the candidates I have looking for positions.
Positions in Hospitality - DC, MD, VA, MA, NH and RI:
Chefs & FOH - I have opportunities ranging from sous and pastry chefs to exec in everything from casual dining to fine including Michelin starred and hotel exec positions.
Technology - I have opportunities west of the Mississippi including inside and outside reps for POS and gaming.
