Division – Procurement
1. Position – Manager Procurement for Muscat – Dubai – China
No – 01
Nationality – preferably Indian Nationals
Salary – 1000 (RO To 1350 RO ) All inclusive Basic, HRA & TRA
Requirements – 6 – 8 Exp In purchases from China, Far East and other International export destinations.
- 1 – 2 Experienced in Dubai/ Middle East/ UAE
- Must be graduate preferably in supply in chain/ procurement
- 6 -8 years’ experience in purchase from china, far East and other international export destinations 1 – 2 years experience in Dubai/UAE/Middle East
- Analyze procurement requirements and select the most appropriate methods based on interpretation and assessment of established policies, practives and experience.
- Plans, organize and execute the bid solicitation process including drafting and issuing RFQ, RFP, developing bid evaluation criteria and guiding the team on the processes involved.
- Analyze the bids, prepare techno commercial evaluation; negotiate and prepare PO & contractual agreements.
- Monitor and review progress of contractual agreements, follow up the PO for timely deliveries.
- Analyze logistical requirements, risks, and costs for domestic/international shipments and decide on appropriate methods and service to use, based on the standard practice.
- Prepare/ issue instruction and import/export documentation to suppliers, freight forwarders and/or carriers, to ensure timely and safe arrival of goods, and compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations, customs regulations etc … and takes necessary action to resolve problems/disputes.
- Established good communication with the vendors, internal departments and ensure timely dissemination of information on the status of requests, collection of good & ETA.
- Review and approve supplier invoices for payment, resolve any problems that arise, perform post contract evaluations,
- Develop and maintain vendor management system, proactively update the supplier list, maintain approved vendor data and maintain supplier performance analysis.
- Manage records, including electronic records in the enterprise resources planning (ERP) system.
- Create management reports that communicate the overall service performance, financial and cost savings vis-à-vis the budget and prevailing purchase costs.
Division Building Material and Hardware
2. Position – Product Manager for Oman
No - 01
Nationality – South African/ Australian/ European National
Salary – will be provided
Requirements – 4 – 5 Years’ Experience
- Must be Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Valid Oman/GCC driving license is advantage
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Experience of handing tools and hardware products in OMAN/GCC
- Well knowledge in Oman/GCC market
- Responsible for developing and planning the marketing strategy for product and service.
- Will involve visiting clients, handling quotation and looking after sales aspects of tools and hardware projects.
Division – SBH Lighting
3. Business Head for Dubai Free Zone
No – 01
Nationality – UK, Australian or European nationals (ORIGIN only)
Salary 30,000 to 35,000 plus company vehicles
Requirements – Post Graduation in any disciple 6 – 8 years similar experience in UAE 5 years experience in similar position
- Must be MBA graduation or equivalent
- 6 – 8 years working experience in specialized lighting business
- Proven track record
Operational:
- Manage the various specialized lighting division product offerings according to the strategic direction of Al Khalil and the Specialied lighting division business plan.
- Build the revenue stream to achieve the set targets and establish strong client relationships with key clients.
- Measure the success of the division and create management reports that communicate the financial and operational progress of the business line.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with key vendors/principla to leverage on market and pricing opportunities.
- Lead all aspects of sales cycle, including opportunity identification, analysis, and due diligence; to drive the presentation of proposals for RFP’s and commercials.
- Build relationship and work closely with senior management (CxO level) within the existing and prospective client accounts to understand complex business requirements and consult, advice, and position products.
- Formulate and implement account management plans and proactive service plans to ensure customer satisfaction, retention of business, and identification of new opportunities.
- Monitor the development and management of client service level agreements across all product offerings
- Spearhead the resolution of service issues; leveraging internal teams as appropriate.
- Develop pricing policies, including; volume discounts, and terms and conditions, for high profile customers and channel partners.
- Mange overall sales process’ set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Work closely with the central Procurements Department in managing complex contract negotiations, and provide and seek advice as appropriate.
- End to end processing of employment visa and renew, update and maintain all employees and there dependents’ visas, labour cards, and labour contracts in a timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up-to-date in the labour and immigration departments.
- Customs documentation, clearances, approvals/permits in JAFZA & UAE
- Manage the coordination, documentation of all inbound/outbound material movements.
- Bank related jobs, liaison works, Translation, contracts and other Admin tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at tall times
- Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all labour and immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
- Oversee and contribute to the review and development of process improvements.

Requirements
- Post-graduation in any discipline 6 – 8 years similar experience in UAE 5 years’ experience in similar position

- Strong attention to details
- Proven managerial experience with a track record of upward mobility and proven operations experience
- A strategy and focus areas for the building Materials, tools and hardware division positioning of Al Khalili Offering in the market place
- Manage the various product offerings (Timber, plywood, boards, structural steel, allied products general hardware, tools light duty equipment and safety product’s) according to the strategic direction of Al Khalil Group business plan. ..Salary is no bar for right Candidate...
