Vocational and Paediatric Occupational Therapists Wanted in New Zealand

Are you an experienced Vocational or Paediatric Occupational Therapist looking for an exciting opportunity to work in beautiful New Zealand? Our client is seeking passionate and skilled therapists to join their team, providing high-quality care and support in both vocational and pediatric settings.

Positions:
Vocational O.T
Paediatric O.T

Location: Various locations across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
Vocational Occupational Therapists:

* Provide assessment and rehabilitation services to individuals in the workplace.
* Support individuals with disabilities or injuries in returning to work or maintaining employment.
* Develop customized therapy programs that focus on improving work-related abilities and performance.

Pediatric Occupational Therapists:

* Work with children to assess, develop, and implement therapy plans to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and daily functioning.
* Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create a supportive care environment for the child.
* Monitor and track progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to support developmental goals.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist.
* Must be registered or document-ready for registration with the New Zealand Occupational Therapy Board.
* Experience in either vocational or pediatric settings, with a strong passion for making a positive impact.
* Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with a high degree of professionalism and time management.
* A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for clients through individualized therapeutic interventions.
