After a long search for work, Caleb joined Jolly Billboards as our Sales & Marketing Cadet and has become a valued member of the team.

We’re proud to have now welcomed three team members through the I'm In programme and to support pathways into meaningful employment.

Jordan came into the I’m In programme after recovering from a car accident. I’m In supported Jordan in jumping back into the workforce. He secured the role as a Sales Rep at Bidfood, an industry Jordan is passionate about.

Our team took part in a Mental Health First Aid course to better support each other and our jobseekers! ❤️‍🩹

Thanks to Hato Hone St John for providing a wealth of knowledge, skills and activities to strengthen our understanding of a mental health. By learning how to recognise and respond to mental health challenges, we’re fostering a culture and community where well-being comes first!
