Unite Recruit is looking for a Traffic Operations Support person to join our Wellington team!
This is a hands-on role supporting our Recruitment Consultant and helping keep our traffic labour-hire operations running smoothly.
What will you be doing?
• Communicating with workers, candidates and clients
• Coordinating workers and filling shifts
• Confirming bookings and keeping records up to date
• Responding to cancellations, absences and last-minute changes
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and candidate coordination
• Managing day-to-day administration and recruitment systems
• Helping solve staffing issues quickly and keeping things moving
This is not a traditional desk-based admin role. You'll be communicating with people, managing changing priorities and helping solve real-time staffing requirements.

Experience in traffic management, civil construction, recruitment, labour hire, logistics, rostering or workforce coordination is an advantage – but the right attitude and transferable skills are just as important.
A current NZ driver's licence is required.
