We are so very proud of Peyton.
Fun fact: Peyton is self-taught in Roman and Greek languages - very helpful when showing star gazers around planets and constellations (just saying).
Wishing you the very best in your new role Peyton!

So, what have we been up to in Wairarapa?

Since July 2025, MTFJ Wairarapa has supported 46 rangatahi into real employment pathways, with many more building confidence, gaining skills, and stepping closer to their futures.

Here’s what that looks like:

> 30 into full-time employment
> 16 into part-time or casual roles
> 6 moving into further education
> 15 completing work-ready skills workshops
> 10 achieving micro-credentials

This is what a strong local pipeline looks like - rangatahi growing, businesses supported, and our region building its future workforce.
