We're seeking a detail-focused finance professional with strong Xero experience to assist across a broad range of accounting functions and compliance requirements.

✅ What You'll Be Doing: • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processing in Xero
• Supplier and customer reconciliations
• Month-end journals, accruals, prepayments & depreciation
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• GST, FBT & PAYE compliance support
• Bank reconciliations and financial record maintenance
• Management reporting assistance
• Year-end audit preparation
• Continuous improvement of finance processes

✅ About You: • Accounting or Commerce qualification (completed or studying)
• 1-3 years' experience in an accounting or finance role
• Strong practical experience using Xero
• Experience with month-end reporting and reconciliations
• Knowledge of NZ GST, FBT and PAYE requirements
