Tania has been out with the crew, checking in with our workers, catching up with the client and making sure everyone has the support they need to keep the job moving.

You never quite know what you’ll learn at a Tradestaff toolbox talk!

Olivia caught up with one of our key Hawke’s Bay clients, who are busy with bridge construction work across the Bay. After delivering a solid health and safety presentation last time, she came back with something a little different: bridge history.

The oldest, the longest, the most expensive and plenty of interesting facts in between. Turns out bridge history makes for a pretty good presentation when you’re talking to a crew that’s out there building them.

After more than 20 years in Aussie, Dan has been back home in Hawke’s Bay for a month and is already getting stuck into work.

Pizza Friday done right! Nothing like a few hot pizzas on site to keep the boys fuelled up and ready to crack back into it. Judging by the different faces around the table, some were a bit more eager than others to get into the feed!

Conor and Deepak, two top sparkies getting stuck into a fast-paced project and showing exactly what they can bring to the job.

These two have put in some solid mahi together, from working out on the solar farm last year with Tradestaff to keeping things moving on site. Plenty of skill, a good work ethic and no dramas when it’s time to get the job done.
