Seasonal Work | Great Outdoor Environment | Starting of mid February 2026
Head to the heart of Hawke’s Bay and experience apple picking at its finest!
🌿Where: Orchards across Hawke’s Bay (Hastings, Haumoana, and surrounding areas)
🗓️ When: End of January| 6-8 weeks (weather dependent)
⏰ Time: 6-8 hours/day Monday to Saturday (weather permitting)
🍏 Job Description:
Hand picking apples with care and efficiency. Working as part of a friendly, multicultural team. Following Orchard guidelines for quality and safety. It’s physical work, but perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors and stay active!
✅ Requirements:
● Physically fit and able to work on your feet outdoors
● You must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather
● Positive attitude and good work ethic
● NZ citizens/residents or valid work visa holders
● Reliable transport to and from the orchard
💰Pay:
● $23.50-$24.00 +8% holiday or piece rate which ever greater
